About Chapman's Construction

Chapman’s Construction is a 4 generation Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Medical and Agriculture Construction company. We opened the doors in 1994 and have been building quality projects that exceeds customer expectations ever since. We carry the highest state certified general contracting license available and have a vast amount of experience. Throughout the years we have constructed over 1,000 residential homes, medical clinics, retail stores, offices, assisted living facilities, multi-story buildings, chain stores and chain restaurants. We have a licensed Indoor Air Quality, Environmental and Mold specialist on staff and consider Environmental needs on all projects. We have a strong estimating staff that brings competitive pricing to each project. We employ a large sub contractor pool that has worked with us for over 20 years providing quality work and stands behind their warranties. Mike Chapman - Biography

Mike is a 3rd generation builder and U.S. Marine. He grew up in the construction industry and learned carpentry and framing at early age working full time as a teenager. Mike brings with him 40 plus years of experience in Residential, Commercial, Medical, Industrial, and Agriculture as a General contractor with a CGC license. As the president and owner of Chapman’s Construction he has completed in excess of 1500 projects with satisfied customers. Mike has built and continues to build through out the United states with licensing capabilities in multiple states and is able and willing to mobilize. He has been award the Highlands county business man of the year and served on multiple charitable and municipal boards. Mikes focuses on commercial, industrial, development and agriculture customer needs.

Brandee Chapman - Biography

Indoor Air Quality, Mold Remediation and assessment, safety and scheduling- Brandee has a degree in Biology and is certified and licensed as an IAQ and mold assessor, as well as mold remediation. She has 20 plus years experience in Environmental issues and job safety. She is also certified Florida teacher and ensures safety education and compliance within Chapman’s construction. Brandee handles scheduling, safety and compliance with in Chapman’s projects. She is responsible for providing Indoor Air Quality on projects and ensuring environmental integrity of job materials.

Scott Chapman - Biography

Sales, Project Management & design- Scott is a 4th generation builder with CBC license. He has 23 years experience in construction and has been instrumental in over 400 residential projects, hotels, retail stores and Assisted Living Facilities. Scott’s strength is in listening, communicating and ensuring clients desires are transformed into the design of their buildings. Scott is resourceful and reliable and provides customers with excellent customer care and ensures their satisfaction with a well built and financially feasible constructed project that meets their needs and desires.

Jackie Sheil - Biography

Office Manager, payables and receivables- Jackie has been with Chapman’s for 15 plus years and comes from a wealth of construction knowledge. She is originally from England and serves a important role in keeping us running smoothly. She is responsible, concise and reliable. She handles payables and receivables, as well as insurance and all office needs.
