Mike Chapman

President and Owner

Mike is a 3rd generation builder and U.S. Marine. He grew up in the construction industry and learned carpentry and framing at early age working full time as a teenager. Mike brings with him 40 plus years of experience in Residential, Commercial, Medical, Industrial, and Agriculture as a General contractor with a CGC license. As the president and owner of Chapman’s Construction he has completed in excess of 1500 projects with satisfied customers. Mike has built and continues to build throughout the United states with licensing capabilities in multiple states and is able and willing to mobilize. He has been award the Highlands county business man of the year and served on multiple charitable and municipal boards.

Brandee Chapman

Indoor Air Quality, Mold Remediation & Assessment, Safety & Scheduling

Brandee has a degree in Biology and is certified and licensed as an IAQ and mold assessor, as well as mold remediation. She has 20 plus years experience in Environmental issues and job safety. She is also certified Florida teacher and ensures safety education and compliance within Chapman’s construction. Brandee handles scheduling, safety and compliance with in Chapman’s projects. She is responsible for providing Indoor Air Quality on projects and ensuring environmental integrity of job materials.

Shade Chapman

Executive Assistant

Shade is a proud University of Florida graduate. She completed her Bachelor Public Health specializing in Infectious Disease in 2021. After spending time studying Masters Biomedical Sciences at the University of Central Florida, she decided to take a step into the family business and apply her analytical skills construction. Shade manages office communications, materials acquisition & takeoffs, and field management technology integration.

When she isn't working in construction, Shade can be found running her property management company, triathlon training, or baking!
